How do I place a bid?
After creating an account, browse our catalog and click "Bid" on any motorcycle. Enter your bid amount (minimum $20 increment) and confirm.
What is the minimum bid increment?
The minimum bid increment is $20 USD.
When do auctions close?
Auctions close every Tuesday at 17:00 JST. Check the Auction Calendar for timezone conversions.
Can I cancel my bid?
Bids are binding and cannot be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept bank wire transfers. Credit card and payment plans are coming soon.
How long do I have to pay?
Payment must be completed within 5 business days of receiving your invoice.
What currency do you use?
All prices are in USD. We accept payments in USD, EUR, and GBP.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary: UAE 3-4 weeks, Egypt 5-6 weeks, UK 6-8 weeks. See Shipping Information.
Is shipping insurance included?
Yes, all shipments include marine insurance.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We provide all export documentation. Customs clearance at destination is the buyer's responsibility.

Every motorcycle undergoes a comprehensive inspection covering visual, mechanical, and electrical systems.
What does the condition grade mean?
We use grades S (Excellent) to D (Poor). See Inspection Services for details.
